Abraham & Sarah

This website is a biproduct of my intentions to start an animation studio to create bible story animations. I began with script writing for a story about Abraham and Sarah. Then life happened, as it does for all of us. My infant daughter was diagnosed with a rare brain disorder, causing seizures, and for the next 12 years I was her primary caregiver as well as a stay-at-home father. I fit the definition of a stay-at-home father literally as well since I seldom left the house for more than an hour a week unless it was to take her to her many medical appointments. Meanwhile, I'm also raising my two other healthy daughters.

All I could do for my enjoyment was study the Bible and research about Abraham's time period and the cultures that surrounded him. But that was a blessing from God because I soon was realizing there was much more to be learned from the Bible by comparing it with historical information. In short, the culture of Abraham's time helped me understand the context of his Bible story much better. Abraham and Sarah became alive for me, as though they were someone I knew personally. Their decisions and the interactions with others made much more sense.

No compensation is received from any organization, company or individual mentioned on this website. I sincerly hope you benefit and enjoy the results. Whether you do or don't, keep in mind always that I am human, just like you. This is just my interpretation and understanding of history and the Bible as I saw it at this time. Ask me tomorrow (or even today) if I will always have the same conclusions and I can confidently reply - "I don't think so".
Enjoy!
